General Policy
WebbLMS uses Paddle as its merchant of record. All payments, refunds, and cancellations are therefore governed by Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms and refund framework.
Consumers may be entitled to a refund or cancellation right under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain purchases.
Where a refund is permitted or required, it will be issued and processed by Paddle in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access to the Services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle:
No refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or subscription downgrades.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
This does not limit any statutory consumer rights or Paddle-mandated refund rights.
Changes to This Policy
WebbLMS may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
EU & UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital services purchase within 14 days of purchase.
By purchasing a WebbLMS subscription, you acknowledge that:
You may expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital services; and
If you do so, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the services have been accessed, activated, or used.
Where a right of withdrawal applies and is validly exercised, any refund will be processed by Paddle in accordance with its terms and applicable law.
Refunds Required by Law
Refunds may be issued where required by applicable consumer protection law or approved under Paddle’s refund policy, including but not limited to:
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
Failure to deliver the purchased service due to technical error
All refunds are evaluated and processed by Paddle.
Billing Errors and Disputes
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us promptly at hello@webblms.com.
Where appropriate, we will coordinate with Paddle to investigate and resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WebbLMS or Paddle may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We encourage customers to contact support to resolve billing issues before filing a dispute.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
Refund timing and availability may vary depending on your payment provider.
